Manhattan WMS/OMS Super User - Trident Consulting Inc.

Please find additional details about the role below: Role: Manhattan WMS/OMS Super User Location: USA Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania or California / Canada - Toronto, Halton Hills or Mississauga ( Hybrid) Duration: Fulltime Core Skills: WMS/OMS expertise: Specifically Manhattan Associates (Active WMS/OMS). Knowledge of DC workflows (receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management). Testing experience: Creating/using test scripts, defect tracking, UAT coordination. Training & documentation: SOPs, process flows, user manuals, and conducting training. Deployment support: Hands-on involvement during go-live and post-implementation stabilization. Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent experience in warehouse operations or logistics will be considered. 3 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics systems, or deployment roles. Hands-on experience with Manhattan (Manhattan Active preferred) WMS and/or OMS systems strongly preferred. Prior involvement in software testing, training, or site deployment efforts is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of distribution center processes and how they map to Manhattan and Associates WMS functionality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate system behavior into operational impact. Comfortable leading training sessions and supporting users at all levels. Ability to travel to warehouse locations for deployment support. Organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities during fast-paced implementations.
