Manufacturing Helper - Entry Level Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Helper at our Hexacomb division in Arlington, TX. Key Job Details: Location: Arlington, TX (with remote work options not available for this role) Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary ($19.45/hour) with differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401k plan with company match, and retirement savings plan Job Summary: We are looking for a team player who is committed to working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Helper, you will be responsible for feeding material into machines, stacking finished product, glue/assembly of paper products, banding pallets, and shrink-wrapping for shipment. You will also be expected to work closely with other production personnel to identify opportunities for improving safety and productivity.
