We are seeking a Market Performance Specialist to act as a trusted advisor to our hotel customers, helping them maximise booking performance and revenue. This role blends deep knowledge of hospitality distribution and revenue fundamentals with consultative, phone-based engagement to turn market trends, booking patterns, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations—and to drive adoption of SiteMinder’s platform for channel optimisation, rate strategy, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Be a trusted advisor to our hotel customers, helping them maximise their booking performance and revenue across distribution channels
- Develop deep product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate how to leverage our platform for improved market performance and channel optimisation
- Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitive positioning to provide actionable recommendations
- Meet KPIs related to gross booking value growth, product adoption, and customer engagement scores. Manage your pipeline and performance to SLAs and KPIs
