Job Overview : We're seeking a skilled Market Research Executive to drive our research efforts, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new opportunities. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct primary and secondary research, develop targeted databases, and collaborate with our sales and growth teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : Conduct market and industry analysis to identify target accounts and companies Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of target markets, including contacts and geography-specific information Support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with targeted campaign databases Meet monthly and quarterly targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results Map our offerings to target markets, understanding their characteristics and needs Proactively identify new accounts and contacts, with a focus on niche regions and industries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions Generate reports on database creation and work closely with sales and growth teams to drive business outcomes Requirements : 2.5-6 years of relevant experience in market research or a related field Basic understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies Proficiency in tools like Excel, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, Hubspot, or Outplay Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights Proven track record of producing results, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment What We Offer : Remote-first policy, with flexible working hours and a 5-day workweek Comprehensive benefits package, including group medical insurance, accident cover, and company-sponsored devices Education reimbursement policy, to support your ongoing learning and development Opportunities for growth and professional development, in a dynamic and supportive team environment Ready to join our team?
