Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Format, post, and monitor social media content across platforms. Track engagement and recommend improvements.
- Email Marketing: Set up, format, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Creation: Create visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing purposes using tools like Canva.
- Blog & Website Management: Manage blog post formatting and scheduling through WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized.
- Video & Podcast Coordination: Manage YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including descriptions, social copy, images, and platform publishing.
- AI Tools & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and streamline marketing efforts.
- Guest & Prospect Research: Research potential podcast guests and prospects, using defined criteria to expand our network.
- Marketing Effectiveness: Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting new strategies or tactics for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating and managing effective B2B marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with driving organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- Peripherals and Workspace:
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
