Provide exceptional massage services to guests at Walt Disney World Resort. Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests. Utilize skills and techniques to effectively address guests' individual needs and preferences. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve massage services. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist in maintaining and organizing massage therapy supplies and equipment. Uphold the Disney brand and provide a magical experience for guests. Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Continue to develop and improve skills through training and education opportunities. Act as a positive role model and uphold the Disney standards of excellence.
