The Hybrid Project Associate – Medical Records & Data Entry position is a critical link in our Revenue Recovery Department. You will work side‑by‑side with registered nurses, certified coders, and billing specialists to ensure that our clients receive the full reimbursement they deserve. Key Responsibilities
As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks that blend data management, patient record retrieval, and collaborative support. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Medical Record Retrieval: Access and extract patient records from a variety of hospital information systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
