Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between physicians and other healthcare team members by relaying messages, orders, and instructions in a clear and timely manner, both verbally and electronically.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold strict patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information and records.
- Provide Real-Time Assistance: Assist physicians during patient interactions by retrieving patient information, documenting procedures, and entering orders as directed, allowing providers to focus on patient care.
- Collaborate with Physicians: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient encounters, promoting continuity of care and effective communication among medical staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical scribe or similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Typing proficiency with a minimum Speed of 60 Words Per Minute (wpm).
- Proficient in virtual office tools, EHR systems, and communication platforms.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient data confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
