CVIG offers remote work opportunities to those with experience across the country, as well as in-office opportunities to those in the local Philadelphia market. Core Value Insurance Group has years of experience in the Medicare space telephonically and is seeking experienced agents to join our team. Unlike most Medicare brokerages, CVIG offers their agents more than just a salary and commission. Agents have the chance to earn renewals on their clients, creating unique longevity for CVIG, its clients, and its agents. All Medicare Insurance Agents are provided with a steady stream of inbound, high-intent leads from individuals actively seeking assistance with their coverage options. Responsibilities: • Conduct inbound phone consultations with individuals seeking Medicare guidance. • Recommend coverage options based on clients' health, lifestyle, and financial needs. • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support. • Achieve individual and team performance goals within a professional sales environment. • Contribute positively to a collaborative and family culture. Experience and Abilities: • 1+ year of experience selling Medicare products, with one full Annual Enrollment Period completed. • Active Health Insurance License, with a Life license as well preferred, but not mandatory. • Clean and controlled at home working environment. • Basic computer and technology skills. • Driven personality. CVIG is seeking competitive winners.
