Role and Responsibilities: In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll work to keep the shelves full and the club floor organized. Whether you're unloading trucks, stocking shelves, or assisting members, your contributions help make the store member-ready from open to close. • Unload trucks promptly and safely. • Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the sales floor and backroom. • Ensure product displays are clean, well-arranged, and correctly priced. • Maintain proper inventory rotation and follow food safety standards. • Support club pickup by accurately selecting and staging online orders. • Help members locate merchandise and answer product-related questions. • Engage with vendors and delivery drivers in a positive, professional manner. • Perform regular safety checks and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: • No previous experience required—training provided. • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
