Our existing customers includes Supermarket retails and marketplace. Product categories we carry food and beverages, paper, and other products. As we are expanding our product range and listing them into supermarket retails and marketplace, we need an individual with strong negotiating skills to communicate with retail outlets manager, with an eye for good space to manage retail display visibility and coordinate sampling with agency. Here’s what you are responsible for: Make runs to various retail outlets to monitor display, ensure sufficient stock level on shelves and ensure advertisement are displayed Plan and manage inventory (loan stocks, return stock, samples stocks) for all outlets Liase with store manager to ensure strong visibility of products and sufficient stocks in all retails outlets Work with logistics department to arrange deployment and retrieval of products/sample products to stores for sampling Find a good location (shelve/floor) in all retail outlets for display and sampling Maintain proper records of sample stocks used by each outlets Coordinate dates with external agency on sampling dates Experience and traits needed for this role: At least 1 year of merchandising backgrounds A great communicator- able to communicate well with store managers and external agency A great eye to identify good for product display to achieve greater visibility and increase sales A good negotiator- able to convince store managers for better space/shelves, more An active person- run around daily Flexible to visit stores /spot check on weekends when required For Malaysian ( Drive/Ride in and out of Msia) You will be working closely with the company director, retails managers Transport allowance will be provided Entitled to 13th month after 1 year of employment (Full-Time only) Office is only a 5 to 10min walk away from Tuas West Mrt Station
