Meta and Google Pay Per Click Expert

We are a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage based in Panama City, Panama, dedicated to innovation and excellence in the digital space. Our mostly remote team is hardworking, collaborative, and fully committed to supporting one another’s success.

We are currently seeking a creative, analytical, and self-motivated Meta and Google Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist to help drive our digital marketing strategy and lead generation efforts in the real estate sector.

This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

Duties and Requirements

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google PPC and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

• Skilled in designing and executing lead retargeting strategies using Meta and Google platforms

• Ability to manage and grow presence across social media channels, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Provide strategic feedback to improve landing page performance and campaign ROI

• Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and digital content

• Experience integrating and syncing leads with Zoho CRM

• High ethical standards, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Working knowledge of WordPress (ideally with Thrive or Elementor), and familiarity with automated lead generation and follow-up workflows

• Experience in real estate marketing or sales is a strong plus
