Job Title: Meta Business Access Specialist for Facebook and Instagram Onboarding ### Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive freelancer to support our social media onboarding process by securing seamless access to clients' Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Portfolios. This role is critical for ensuring smooth integration with our systems, avoiding delays, and enabling efficient campaign management. If you are experienced in navigating Meta Business Suite, troubleshooting account access issues, providing exceptional client support under pressure, and persevering when projects hit roadblocks, we want to hear from you! • *Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for requesting and troubleshooting account access during the onboarding process. - Submit partner access requests for Facebook Pages and Meta Business Portfolios. - Communicate with clients via email and video calls to provide clear instructions for granting access. - Request and verify Instagram credentials to ensure proper login setup. - Assist clients in creating Meta Business Profiles if needed. - Troubleshoot common access issues, including: - Recovering access to business pages managed by former employees or inaccessible email accounts. - Identifying ownership of business portfolios and client pages when clients are uncertain. - Resolving issues related to suspended personal accounts that prevent iMarket access to business portfolios - Guiding clients in recovering lost login credentials. • *Requirements:** - Proven experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Page management, and Instagram account setup, preferably in an agency environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex account recovery scenarios. - Excellent communication skills to guide clients through technical processes in a clear and supportive manner. - Familiarity with troubleshooting personal account suspensions and other Meta-related restrictions. - Impeccable client and coworker collaboration in frustrating situations that may be difficult to resolve - Flexibility to work approximately 5–10 hours per week, with potential to scale up based on client needs. • *Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with digital marketing agencies or similar environments. - Knowledge of social media best practices and campaign management tools. - Ability to create clear documentation and procedures - Experience with social media management on additional platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) • *What We Offer:** - A flexible work schedule that adapts to your availability. - The opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
