Mindfulness Coach (Virtual & Group Services) Position: 1099 Contract – Mindfulness Coach Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours, virtual-first Location: Remote (services delivered virtually; providers must be authorized to work with clients in Texas) About NovoNest NovoNest is building a first-of-its-kind platform that combines virtual care, community, and parent education to empower families from pregnancy through early parenthood. We connect parents with trusted providers who deliver personalized, high-quality care and guidance when it’s needed most. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Mindfulness Coach to join our provider network. This role offers the opportunity to provide virtual mindfulness and stress-reduction sessions for parents, both 1:1 and in group formats, as part of NovoNest’s wellness and self-pay services. The ideal candidate has formal training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, yoga, meditation, or related fields and is passionate about supporting parents in managing stress and improving overall well-being. Key Responsibilities • Deliver 1:1 and group virtual mindfulness and stress-reduction sessions. • Create and lead parent-focused workshops, classes, or forums on topics such as breathing, meditation, stress relief, and resilience. • Document all sessions appropriately for liability and wellness program reporting. • Collaborate with NovoNest leadership to refine service offerings and self-pay pricing models. • Explore opportunities to integrate mindfulness into employer wellness benefit reporting. • Contribute to strategic planning for scaling wellness offerings within the NovoNest platform. Qualifications • Certification or professional training in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, stress reduction, or related wellness fields. • Demonstrated experience facilitating individual and group virtual sessions. • Ability to design parent-centered stress-reduction programs. • Strong communication, teaching, and facilitation skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to work within a startup care model. Compensation & Structure • Compensation: Hourly, based on services rendered. • Contract Type: 1099 independent contractor. • Schedule: Flexible and part-time. You set your availability. • Insurance Coverage: Not billable to insurance; sessions are self-pay or employer wellness program supported. Private Pay NovoNest’s Experience and Marketing Team will support this role by driving growth for private pay customers interested in mindfulness services. Systems/Platforms This role will utilize proprietary systems, platforms, and EHRs supplied via NovoNest.
