Responsibilities: • Developing and implementing molecular and cell based assays in support of drug development. • Responsible for DNA/RNA production and QC. • Plans, execute and analyze experiments under minimal supervision, utilizing molecular techniques • Execution of RNA/ DNA isolation, PCR, ELISA assays and additional molecular biology work • Perform DNA quality control and documentation. • Developing and troubleshooting various bio-assays.
