Monetary Operations Representative

The Monetary Operations Representative will be responsible for executing monetary transactions, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.Required Qualifications:* High School Diploma or GED* Minimum 2 years of financial services experience* Knowledge of debit and credit card processing* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in MS Office suite* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Ability to think quickly and accurately in high-pressure situations* Passion for customer service and problem solving Responsibilities: Execute monetary transactions, including debit and credit card processing, in an accurate and timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Analyze customer data to identify potential issues and resolve them in a professional manner. Maintain records of customer accounts and transactions. Utilize MS Office suite to create and update customer profiles. Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity. Follow established procedures and guidelines for monetary operations. Develop and maintain financial service policies and procedures. Analyze and evaluate financial data to ensure accuracy.
