Monthly Bookkeeper Needed for US Wyoming LLC (QuickBooks Online + Mercury)

Job Description We’re a Wyoming-registered single-member LLC, fully remote, with no employees and a foreign owner (non-US resident). We operate in the ecommerce space - Amazon, Facebook, TikTok DTC. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle monthly bookkeeping and keep everything clean and compliant so our CPA can file annual IRS forms without issues. This is not a complex business: No payroll No employees No sales tax filings at the moment Moderate transaction volume All transactions go through Mercury We’re not looking for a big agency or an expensive service — we want one solid person who knows what they’re doing. What You’ll Do (Monthly) Import & categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Reconcile Mercury bank account(s) Categorize income, expenses, and owner contributions correctly Attach receipts/invoices when available Maintain clean books for CPA review Provide basic monthly reports (P&L + Balance Sheet) One-Time Task (Initial Setup) Help clean up and organize bookkeeping from company formation (Aug/Sep) Ensure books are properly structured going forward Tools We Use QuickBooks Online Mercury Bank Remote / async communication Who We’re Looking For Strong experience with QuickBooks Online Familiar with US small business bookkeeping - experience is a must Comfortable working with foreign-owned US LLCs Organized, responsive, and reliable Can work independently and ask questions when needed CPA license is not required (we already plan to use a CPA for annual filing).
