They are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creative execution of their video-first campaigns across performance and social channels. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Create compelling performance marketing and paid social video assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Develop and execute storyboards that communicate brand benefits and drive conversions in core global markets Edit and color-grade video and audio materials to produce polished and professional content Integrate animations, motion graphics, sound, and text to optimize video performance; manage voice-over and music selection Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all video assets Monitor video content trends, tools, and creative technologies (including AI), applying learnings to enhance workflow and creative output Apply storytelling techniques that emotionally engage audiences with AlphaPet brands Support platform-specific strategies and innovations to increase engagement and brand loyalty Assist with integrating creative AI technologies to streamline production processes Requirements: Degree in Cinematography, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 3 years' experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Experience with additional tools such as Blender, Cinema4D, or Maya is a strong plus Track record in digital brand communication across multiple platforms Strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and project workflows Portfolio of recent motion graphic/video work is required Key Competencies: Passion for storytelling, design, and emerging creative technologies Eagerness to explore and integrate innovative solutions into content production Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Join Our Team Be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your creativity and technical skills make a real impact.
