Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Dynamics CRM implementations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering multiple full-cycle MS Dynamics CRM implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery governance, and the ability to drive CRM transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Manage multiple CRM implementations and upgrades across different business units or clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans while ensuring adherence to delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into CRM solutions.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, architects, and testing teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices in CRM implementation, governance, and documentation.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and integration standards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing system integrations, data migration, and CRM customization projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ecosystem and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to Azure integrations and cloud-based CRM architecture.
