MS Outlook SME Trainer for Onsite Corporate Training – Honolulu, HI (2 Days)

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Outlook SME Trainer to deliver an onsite corporate training engagement in Honolulu, Hawaii. This training will be delivered to a mixed audience of business professionals including Project Managers, Sales staff, Branch Managers, Supervisors, and Administrative personnel. The focus is on practical, real-world use of Outlook to improve communication, organization, and productivity. Engagement Details: • Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (onsite) • Training Dates: April 2 and April 9 • Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Hawaii time) • Duration: 6 hours of instruction and 1 hour of breaks per day • Delivery Format: Instructor-led, hands-on, business-focused Environment: • Microsoft Outlook Version 2511 • Majority of participants have limited Copilot access, with some full Copilot licenses Scope and Expectations: • Deliver engaging, instructor-led Outlook training tailored to business users • Cover email management, calendar optimization, task management, collaboration, and productivity workflows • Incorporate relevant Copilot capabilities where applicable • Adapt content to a mixed experience group (beginner to intermediate) • Participate in a 30-minute pre-course client meeting to finalize the outline and align on objectives • Prepare training materials and examples aligned to the client’s workflows Reference Materials: • Tentative course outline: • NobleProg delivery SOP: Compensation: • $1,200 per day onsite (all inclusive of preparation and delivery) • $2,400 total for both training days Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Outlook training in corporate environments • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Ability to tailor content to varied experience levels • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot is a plus • Professional, reliable, and comfortable leading onsite sessions If you are available for the dates listed and this aligns with your expertise, we would love to hear from you.
