Role Summary
Liveops is seeking a Multimedia Creative Generalist to support a wide range of marketing and creative needs across design, video, content production, and day-to-day campaign support. This role is ideal for a strong creative generalist who can move comfortably between graphic design, video editing, presentation support, content repurposing, and AIassisted creative workflows.
This person will help bring ideas to life across digital channels and marketing programs while maintaining a high standard for quality, speed, and brand consistency. The right candidate is highly adaptable, visually strong, comfortable working ndependently, and excited to use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration.
The Purpose of Your Role
The Multimedia Creative Generalist helps the marketing team produce polished, on-brand creative assets quickly and efficiently across a variety of formats. This role supports campaign execution, content development, webinar and event promotion, product launches, email and web needs, sales enablement, and general creative production.
Because this is a broad, hands-on role, success will require strong creative judgment, flexibility, and the ability to contribute wherever support is needed. Some weeks may be more design or video focused. Other weeks may involve deck support, content repurposing, landing page visuals, or helping the team turn rough ideas into finished assets.
This is a highly cross-functional role that sits within Marketing while partnering closely across the organization. The role will collaborate with Agent Marketing and Talent Acquisition to help source and attract top-tier customer service talent; support the executive team with company presentations, pitch decks, and board materials; and work with Agent Experience on initiatives such as agent video testimonials and influencer-style campaigns. Additional responsibilities will span a variety of creative and content needs across the business.
What You’ll Do
Strong ability to follow and uphold brand guidelines
Design and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns, email, web, social, digital collateral, and sales enablement
Support the creation and ongoing refresh of digital ad creatives across display, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels, while also assisting with organic social media marketing graphics to ensure consistent, high-quality brand presence
Edit video content for short-form clips, webinar promotions, event assets, thought leadership, social content, and internal marketing needs
Use AI tools to support ideation, asset development, editing, resizing, adaptation, and production workflows
Repurpose existing content into new formats, including turning webinars, presentations, reports, or long-form content into smaller visual and video assets
Create presentation graphics, charts, infographics, and executive-ready visuals that help communicate ideas clearly
Support webinar, event, and campaign production with creative assets such as registration graphics, follow-up visuals, promotional materials, and content snippets
Partner with the marketing team to interpret briefs, propose visual approaches, and deliver strong creative
Creative assets are delivered on time and meet a strong quality bar
Help maintain brand consistency across creative outputs and ensure assets are polished, clear, and aligned with Liveops standards
Assist with other marketing production needs as priorities shift, including support for landing pages, email assets, content formatting, and campaign execution
Ability to collaborate with external agencies on high-priority initiatives requiring fresh perspective, including brand refreshes, new product launch branding, web development projects, and broader creative campaigns
The Qualifications We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in multimedia design, creative production, video editing, graphic design, or a similar hands-on creative role
Strong portfolio showing a mix of digital design, video editing, presentation support, and general marketing creative work
Experience working as a creative generalist across multiple formats, asset types, and priorities
Experience editing video content for marketing, social, digital campaigns, webinars, or thought leadership
Demonstrated comfort using AI tools to support ideation, asset development, editing, repurposing, and production workflows
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
Comfort supporting a U.S.-based marketing team in a remote environment with some time-zone overlap
