EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS University Degree, preferably Business Administration PERSONAL SKILLS Sales and Marketing experience preferred. Previous experience working in the hospitality, nightlife, and/or FMCG industry preferred. Basic market knowledge and integration into the Enugu and Eastern Nigerian On-Premise industry and community are beneficial. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. Strategic, innovative, and commercially aware (shows an understanding of sales and finance processes). Planning, prioritization, and organizational ability. Strong analytical ability (analyze sales and customer data). Street smart. Know what's going on in the streets – understand all groups of people, what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them. Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation, and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication, active listening skills, and the ability to negotiate. Ability to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends). Basic working knowledge of IOS and MS Office LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS English & Local Language preferred
