Nanny for 2 year old boy

Job Description: Nanny Our son is a bright and able boy who was a precious pregnancy. He has two mums who work full time, predominantly at home, but sometimes in London or overseas. We are an active family who love the outdoors and enjoy travelling. Our childcare needs: Teaching, caring for and supporting the family between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday. Start time is important for us as we start work early. Finish time is negotiable as we have more flexibility working in the afternoons. Evening babysitting 2x a month and support during our overseas work trips if you are open to travelling with us (approx 4-6 weeks of the year). Working with us to ensure his growth and social development. Teaching: Helping learn through play, teaching social skills and hygiene, and helping with development stages. Teaching good behaviour, such as respect and helping with chores. Organisation: Planning educational activities, organising playgroups and play dates, and arranging appointments. Feeding & Sleeping: Preparing meals, snacks, and promoting healthy eating. Scheduling naps and ensuring a good sleeping routine. Cleaning: Tidying up rooms, toys, and equipment to ensure safety indoors and outdoors. Transportation: Driving to and from nursery, activities, play dates and appointments. Record keeping: Keeping records of any adverse health, development stages, and activities and progress. Communication: Updating parents with progress, activities, and issues daily through photos, videos, whats app, calls and face to face debriefs. Medical: Administering the right health care and medicine in case of injuries or illness. Attitude • Creative mindset and the ability to come up with ideas to educate and engage. • Sound understanding of child psychology and the stages of child development. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to be patient and maintain self-control in high-pressure situations. • Excellent organisation skills, timekeeping and cleanliness. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and successfully complete tasks. • Flexible mindset to adapt to the needs of our child and his parents. • Ability to multitask and excellent physical stamina to work on their feet. • Proficient first aid and CPR skills to deal with injuries and cuts. Details You should be capable of doing the following for / with our son: Changing and dressing Bathing / showering Laundry including changing their bedding Planning and cooking healthy and nutritional meals, varied meal planning and storage of food. Household duties, cleaning up after the children and their friends, and organizing clothes and toys. Shopping for food and clothing. Planning educational activities, helping with homework, school runs, arranging activities inside and outside the home that you help take our son to. In addition, you should be prepared to help with things such as running errands, family shopping, etc. You should always show flexibility and help out where necessary in the home.
