Job Description

New Business Sales Representative – Ignite Category Growth Through Smart Prospecting. Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for uncovering new business opportunities? Join us as a Category Development Representative, where you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine—identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline.

In this role, you will:

Drive outreach through cold calling and personalized email campaigns. Leverage marketing insights and demand generation tools to spark interest. Research prospects, plan strategic outreach, and set measurable goals for every interaction. Qualify leads and schedule meetings that connect customer needs with CHEP’s innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline progression.
