This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, providing outstanding customer service while managing front desk responsibilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities • Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. • Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes. • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone inquiries and reservations. • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance guest experience. • Prepare daily financial reports and communicate any discrepancies to management. • Ensure security protocols are followed during night shifts.
