Project Overview
New Jersey‑licensed attorney to provide legal representation and file a federal or state civil rights action (42 U.S.C. §1983) against a New Jersey township for discriminatory conduct impacting a real estate development project. The plaintiff is a property‑owning titled company, and the matter involves municipal actions that have interfered with lawful development rights.
A subject‑matter‑experienced paralegal has already completed substantial background work, including factual organization, document review, and preliminary drafting. I now require a licensed NJ attorney to take the lead, refine the legal strategy, finalize filings, and represent the client.
