Role Summary: We are seeking a strategic thinker and digital enabler to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide planning and performance frameworks. This role will drive alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution, while enabling data-driven decision-making through custom-built tools and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and other enterprise technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and institutionalize strategic planning and execution frameworks. • Design performance monitoring systems and enterprise KPIs. • Build and maintain digital tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, operations, and technology. • Translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions. Preferred Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in enterprise strategy, performance management, or business transformation. • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel-based modeling. • Familiarity with enterprise architecture and digital experience platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
