• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry standards to provide accurate information
Qualifications:
• No previous experience required — comprehensive training provided
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, email, CRM platforms)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
