We are a CPA/CFO advisory firm working with business owners to make educated business decisions by compiling and analyzing financial data. This opportunity provides unique experience in an entrepreneurial setting with the potential to leave your mark on the firm’s trajectory. The Accountant’s job duties include working directly with our clients to maintain the accuracy of their accounting records while improving processes to increase efficiency. Ultimately, this individual’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions for our clients allowing clarity in decision-making. Please note as part of the screening process candidates will be asked to take 2 assessments. One will be a personality test and the other will be screening for attention to detail. You must complete these assessments in order to qualify for the position. Responsibilities include: • Recording and or classifying day to day financial transactions • Maintain communication with clients to answer questions • Enter bills and invoices into Quickbooks or Quickbooks Online upon request from clients • Pay Bills within Quickbooks or Bill.com or other methods as stipulated by client • Documentation/Review of business processes for company and clients . Requirements: • Ability to manage multiple clients at once • Customer service oriented • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mentality • Experience with QuickBooks, Quickbooks Online • Experience working with Bill.com, Expensify, or similar systems preferred • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills • Confidence and ability to build credibility and trust with clients • Ability to work in an environment with fluid structure Location: This job is a Remote/Telecommute job that can be performed from home.
