What We Offer: · We have long-term, short-term, and daily placements available · The pay varies from $110.00 - $165.00 per day, depending on education level and school. · You would be an employee of Professional Recruiters Group, so you would be a W2 employee. · We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance. · We Provide training for all teachers to help you be successful. What You’ll Do: · Follow lesson plans and ensure a safe, respectful learning environment · Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment for students. · Walking around the class Engaging with students to foster their academic and social development · Build meaningful connections with students and staff · Be a reliable and flexible part of your local school community What We’re Looking For: · Enthusiastic individuals with a love for learning and teaching · Strong communication and classroom management skills · A minimum of a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree or teaching certification preferred) · Must be able to pass State/ Federal background check per the Florida department of Education.
