We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner
(NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with deep expertise in integrative and performance medicine. This role reports directly to our Medical Directors and is responsible for diagnosing, interpreting advanced diagnostics, and designing high-touch treatment plans that align with Elevétion's elite standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
• Conduct comprehensive, 1 hour telehealth consultations, integrating advanced bloodwork, multiomics, and patient history.
• Diagnose and identify dysfunctions across endocrinology, metabolism, mitochondrial health, gut health, and aging processes.
• Treatment Planning & Management
• Build comprehensive 3-month treatment plans tailored to biomarker data, client symptoms, and performance goals.
• Integrate protocols including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, peptide bioregulators, nutraceuticals, fitness, and nutrition strategies.
• Monitor progress, interpret follow-up labs, and refine treatment plans accordingly.
• Precision Medicine Expertise
• Interpret and synthesize deep diagnostic data, including endocrine panels, metabolic markers, inflammation, and longevity biomarkers.
• Apply advanced knowledge of endocrinology, anti-aging medicine, peptide therapy, and performance optimization to client care.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Report directly to Elevétion's Medical Directors, aligning with clinical standards and treatment philosophies.
• Partner with operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless protocol execution.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and provide ongoing education to clients for treatment adherence.
Qualifications
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with prescribing authority.
• 3+ years of experience in functional medicine, endocrinology, hormone therapy prefered with anti-aging medicine, functional and performance health.
• Proven ability to analyze advanced labs and translate data into actionable treatment protocols.
• Experience with telehealth and digital patient management systems.
• Strong communication skills - empathetic, precise, and confidence-inspiring with clients.
• Passion for longevity, healthspan optimization, and high-performance medicine.
Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience with genomics, epigenetics, or advanced molecular diagnostics.
• Background in concierge medicine or high-performance executive health.
• Familiarity with elite athletes, entrepreneurs, or high-demand client populations.
