The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD) or qualified nutrition professional who loves working with older adults and is operationally minded.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN/RD) or qualified nutrition professional eligible to bill Medicare for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services
- 2+ years of experience working with older adults and understanding the unique intersection between nutrition, mood, cognition, mobility, and chronic disease
- Operational experience with turning ideas into systems and workflows
- Experience with telehealth, technology platforms, and digital care delivery
