Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping Support – QuickBooks Online Expert

I’m seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online (QBO) bookkeeper to assist with optimizing, cleaning up, and maintaining my bookkeeping system on a monthly ongoing basis. This is not a one-time project . I’m looking for someone reliable who can become a long-term partner in managing my books. Initial Phase • Review and clean up existing QBO setup • Organize chart of accounts and vendor lists • Set up automated delivery of key financial reports Ongoing Monthly Work • Reconcile bank and credit card transactions • Categorize expenses accurately • Enter vendor bills and maintain vendor records • Monitor accounts payable and receivable • Provide weekly or monthly financial reports, including: • Profit & Loss • Balance Sheet • Cash Flow • Custom reports as needed Ideal Candidate Has • Deep expertise with **QuickBooks Online** • Strong bookkeeping and financial reconciliation skills • Experience working with small businesses or creative industries (preferred) • Strong communication and organization skills • Familiarity with vendor payment tools This is an ongoing monthly engagement.
