Online Chat Representative job at The Call Firm, LLC. Addison, TX. We're seeking a Remote Online Chat Representative is responsible for assisting customers, providing information, and resolving issues via online chat platforms. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat channels in a timely and professional manner. -Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues by offering solutions and alternatives. -Provide accurate product or service information based on customer needs. -Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate communication. -Escalate issues that require further assistance or special handling to the appropriate department. -Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service. -Record detailed information regarding customer interactions in the company's customer management system. -Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns. -Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude in all interactions. -Meet performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores. Experience: -Previous experience in customer service or an online support role preferred. -Experience with live chat platforms, helpdesk software, or CRM tools is a plus. -Experience working remotely or managing work independently is beneficial. Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, business, or related fields is a plus. -Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Must have access to a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work. -Ability to adapt to various tools, systems, and processes. Skills: -Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and polite communication is essential. -Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple chats at once without compromising quality. -Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and offer solutions to customer issues. -Time Management: Efficiently manage time and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. -Customer Service Orientation: Always put the customer's needs first, with patience and empathy. -Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using digital tools and troubleshooting basic technical issues. -Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all customer interactions, from information provided to data entry.
