Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. • Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations. • Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support students in their learning journey. • Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all students. • Collaborate with fellow educators to design instructional materials that enhance literacy education and math skills. • Utilize knowledge of linguistics and instructional design to create effective teaching strategies. • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics. • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, challenges, and achievements.
