ONLINE English Instructor (7th-12th Grade)

Teachers will perform a range of duties, including but not limited to: • Select from a library of resources to create age and level appropriate lessons for students. • Thoughtfully plan lessons in all content areas and implement specific strategies to meet the enrichment needs of all students. • Employ a variety of instructional techniques, and performance assessments to promote learning, creativity and collaboration. • Integrate technology into their instruction and work using student management software, Google Classroom, and Google Drive. • Communicate and enforce high expectations and standards for behavior and academic performance. • Communicate regularly with management about classroom activities and student progress. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related major • 2+ years of teaching experience with Middle and/or High School students. • 1+ years of online teaching experience is preferred. • Must be able to teach during PST and China time. (PST early morning, afternoon, evening, or weekends) • A love of teaching and desire to help students succeed. • Must be organized and able to multitask, self-direct.
