Qualifications and Skills Required Experience • An undergraduate degree in music from an accredited college of university or; • 2+ years of successful teaching experience with kids and adults. Required Skills and Equipment • A masterful understanding of music theory and performance with the ability to create thoughtful, custom lesson plans for each student based on their goals and interests. • High-speed internet and a dedicated computer, webcam, microphone, and space to teach. • An amazing attitude and a passion for teaching and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, varying situations. • The desire to build a long-term relationship with your students and with our community. Preferences • Ability to teach multiple instruments. • Experience teaching online. • A well-established online presence.
