Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana Our school district is hiring a part-time Virtual Teacher for the Visually Impaired to work with students in both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments. This role includes adapting curriculum, teaching essential skills, and helping students access and use assistive technologies effectively. Responsibilities: • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers Qualifications: • Master's degree in a related field • Current IndianaTeaching Certification • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted Highlights: • 1099 Position • Guaranteed Weekly Hours • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget) • School hours • Clinical/Technical Team on standby Seeking a Virtual Teacher for the Visually Impaired who will work with students across multiple school districts in a teletherapy format.
