Manage the shipping and receiving process for all parcels and mail at the designated location. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all parcels and mail to their intended recipients. Maintain an organized and efficient system for tracking and sorting incoming and outgoing parcels and mail. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of parcel and mail services. Utilize computer systems and software to track and update parcel and mail information. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality of parcels and mail. Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure uninterrupted parcel and mail services. Assist with training and supervising new team members as needed. Lift and move parcels and mail weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Stand for extended periods of time to perform job duties. Provide excellent customer service to all clients and customers. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in shipping and receiving processes. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Act with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive materials.
