What to Expect When You Submit Your Information

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application against our current and future hiring needs. We evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with our mission.

3. Interview Process

If your profile matches an open role or upcoming opportunity, we’ll invite you to an interview with our hiring team. This may include discussions about your past work, skills, and how you align with Exygy’s values and goals. Our interview process usually has 1-2 stages: Alignment and a Skills Interview. Each Role will list out what the interview process looks like as they vary slightly depending on the role.

4. Job Offer

If selected for a position, we’ll extend a full-time offer detailing compensation, benefits, and the next steps to joining the Exygy team.

5. Onboarding

Once you accept our offer, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. This includes setting up access to tools, introducing you to the team, and aligning on your responsibilities.

Work Life Balance

Exygy proudly embraces work/life balance and has adopted a 4DWW policy beginning 2025, recognizing Monday - Thursday as business days. Full-time employees are expected to work 32-40 hours in a typical week. Fridays are flexible, allowing employees to take the day off when their workload allows.

Collaborative working hours:

we aim to hold all internal meetings between 10 AM - 3 PM PT. We expect all Exygy staff to be available during these set working hours

Time Off:

Flexible paid time off, a minimum of 14 paid holidays, and an org-wide closure from Christmas Day through New Year's Day
