Operational Excellence Support — Innovation & Delivery

Apply Now
Please read carefully before applying. We are a fast-scaling tech company with a mature Scrum@Scale setup, a defined Innovation Value Engine, and existing playbooks. We are not hiring to replace Agile, delivery, or product roles — those seats are already filled. We are hiring an Operational Excellence Support partner to help us protect execution quality, improve delivery visibility, and support leaders in meeting delivery commitments — especially for MVPs and spillover work. This role exists to fix execution gaps, not role gaps. Engagement Setup - Rate: $10/hour - Location: Philippines only - Time: 10 hours per week (initial setup) - Work style: Fully remote - Structure: Weekly tasks and goals aligned to company KRs - Opportunity to increase hours based on impact What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. MVP & Spillover Delivery Visibility - Support leaders in tracking MVP development, especially work that spills across quarters - Ensure delayed or rolling MVPs are visible, discussed, and actively managed - Surface early signals when delivery is running slow or fast 2. Velocity Awareness (Quarterly Cadence) - Help maintain clear visibility into delivery velocity at a quarterly level - We do not limit adding work into sprints in a one-piece-flow fashion - Your role is not to restrict flow — but to make execution speed and drift visible Key question you help answer weekly: “Are we running slow, running fast, or drifting — and why?” 3. Ruthless Prioritization Support - Help leaders surface priority conflicts and overload - Flag when new work is added without clear tradeoffs - Reinforce prioritization discipline within an existing Scrum@Scale environment 4. Accountability & Feedback Support (HOT Canvass) - Support innovation leaders in living their accountability bullets - Collect feedback regularly and surface coaching opportunities - Call out when feedback is missing, vague, or not useful for improvement 5. Playbook Usage & Operational Discipline - Check whether Innovation playbooks are being followed in practice - Flag gaps between documented playbooks and real execution - Help keep playbooks updated as reality changes Important — Read Before Applying We already have dedicated people and systems in place for Agile, Scrum@Scale, delivery management, and tooling. This role exists to support and reinforce execution, not to redesign it. Please do not apply if your background is mainly: - Agile coaching or framework rollout - Scrum Master or Project Management - Tooling, dashboards, or Jira administration - Generic team-building or morale-focused facilitation If your instinct is to add process, run ceremonies, or implement tools, this role is not a fit. If your instinct is to observe execution, surface drift, reinforce priorities, and keep delivery visible, this role is for you. Ideal Candidate Profile - Based in the Philippines - Background in operations, delivery support, or engagement coordination - Comfortable working with leaders and raising concerns respectfully - Organized, observant, and strong at spotting execution patterns - Familiar with Agile environments (without being process-heavy) You do not need to design systems — you help ensure the system runs. What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days) - Clear weekly visibility into MVP and spillover delivery status - Earlier signals when velocity is slowing or accelerating - Fewer end-of-quarter delivery surprises - Leaders receiving clearer accountability and feedback signals - Playbooks actively referenced, not ignored To Apply (Required) Please answer one of the following in your proposal: 1. Describe how you helped a team track delivery progress or spillovers without slowing them down 2. OR 3. Describe a time you helped leaders gain visibility into delivery issues before they became critical Short, specific answers are preferred. This role does not create new lanes — it keeps existing lanes clear.
