Key Responsibilities
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Communicate with vendors for quotes, updates, and follow-ups
• Create, organize, and maintain both digital and physical documents
• Reach out to staff for employee-related updates or needs
• Assist the Operations Manager with internal procedures and additional tasks
• Travel between locations as needed (valid driver’s license required)
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Word, excel
• Previous administrative or operations support experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
