Find out more about Beckett products and services at www.beckett.com. Beckett Collectibles is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our grading processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy in our services. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to grading operations, including turnaround times, error rates, and customer feedback. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on data analysis. • Support capacity planning and tracking for each step of the grading process. • Collaborate with the grading team to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to uncover opportunities to enhance the customer experience. • Partner with the customer service team to build and maintain KPI dashboards. • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency and service quality. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a grading or quality assurance environment. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. • Familiarity with trading cards, sports cards, or collectibles is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
