Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our team in Joliet, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes and ensuring the seamless operation of Oracle Fusion Financials systems. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and collaborate with a dynamic team in the industrial sector. Responsibilities: • Analyze and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities to meet organizational needs. • Provide support for month-end close processes and address system-related challenges. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in financial workflows. • Ensure the stability and efficient operation of Oracle Fusion Financials systems. • Monitor system performance and address any issues to prevent disruptions. • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization. • Document financial processes and system configurations to support long-term operational stability. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials. • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of financial systems. • Keep up-to-date with Oracle Fusion Financials updates and recommend best practices. Qualifications: • Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials in a consulting or support role. • Strong understanding of financial processes, including month-end close procedures. • Ability to identify system inefficiencies and propose solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system stability and optimization. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and train users. • Experience documenting processes and system configurations. • Familiarity with industrial sector financial workflows is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
