We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant to design, build, and manage enterprise-grade integrations across Oracle SaaS and third-party systems in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview
The consultant will architect and deliver secure, scalable, and reusable integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will help enable business agility, automation, and interoperability across key enterprise systems including Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and external platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and ADP.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement integration flows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, REST/SOAP connectors, orchestrations, and expressions
• Integrate Oracle SaaS platforms (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and SFTP
• Configure secure connections, certificates, and credentials using IDCS, OCI Vault, or external key stores
• Transform and route structured payloads (JSON, XML) using advanced mapping and enrichment logic
• Build fault-tolerant integrations with error handling, retry mechanisms, and alerting
• Work closely with ERP teams, business analysts, infrastructure, and security teams to define integration requirements
• Develop unit tests, support SIT/UAT, and maintain full documentation of integrations
• Support deployment across environments (Dev → Test → Prod) using CI/CD pipelines where applicable
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintain governance standards including naming conventions, versioning, modular design, and reusability
Required Qualifications
✔ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
✔ Strong experience with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM adapters and third-party connectors
✔ Deep understanding of REST & SOAP APIs, authentication (OAuth2, tokens), throttling, and pagination
✔ Strong skills in XSLT, JSON/XML transformations, routing, and orchestration
✔ Experience implementing secure and resilient integration architectures
✔ Full lifecycle experience from requirements gathering to production support
✔ Hands-on integrations with Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and on-prem systems
✔ Experience with OCI Vault, Object Storage, and IDCS for security and payload management
✔ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery
✔ Experience with API Gateway policies and cloud security models
✔ Scripting knowledge in Python or Shell for automation
✔ Experience in large-scale Oracle SaaS implementations with complex integration landscapes
