Job title: Oracle Retail Suite Location: Boston, MA (Remote) Duration: 6+ months Requirement Summary: Experienced IT professional specializing in the maintenance and support of Oracle Retail Suite applications, including RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RIB, and SIM, as well as BlueYonder (JDA) applications such as Allocation and Planning-MFP. Proficient in Oracle Retail MOM v14.1 with a strong understanding of end-to-end data flow across retail systems, including Inventory Management, Stock Ledger, and Financial Transaction Analysis. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for Oracle Retail and BlueYonder applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Proficient in RMS functions like Inventory Management, Stock Ledger and RIB message processing. Work directly with business users to understand issues, gather requirements, and deliver timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring seamless integration and business continuity. Monitor and manage data flow within Oracle Retail systems, with a focus on inventory accuracy and financial reconciliation. Deliver 24/7 support for critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid resolution. Coordinate with onsite and offshore development teams to plan and execute timely production deployments. Secondary skills JDA/Allocation/MFP. Basically, 80% Oracle Retail work and 20% JDA/MFP work.
