Oracle WACS Work Management Module Lead (Functional) Contract Duration: 18 months Location : Remote Travel required - Yes (minimum once a month) Travel location is San Antonio, Texas. Oracle WACS Work Management Module Lead (Functional): The WACS Work Management Module Lead will support and assist in the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Work Management module within the Work and Asset Control System (WACS) platform. This role will serve as the functional subject matter expert, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Asset Management to ensure optimal use of the module in supporting asset lifecycle and field operations. Key Responsibilities: • Support the end-to-end implementation of the Work Management module in WACS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Act as the support liaison between business users and technical teams to align the module s functionality with operational needs. • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed process documentation, training materials, and user guides for work management functions. • Review and support work order processes, including planning, scheduling, dispatching, execution tracking, and close-out workflows. • Review and recommend opportunities for improved data quality, integrity, and standardization related to work orders, job plans, labor, and materials in WACS. • Provide functional support for integration efforts with related modules and external systems as defined by solution architecture.
