Job Title: Origami Claims Lead Location: Remote Open to US-based candidates Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months) / Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Origami Claims Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead configuration, integration, and optimization of the Origami Claims module , ensuring efficient claims handling, financial accuracy, and robust reporting. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations, support transformation initiatives, and drive best practices in claims management. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end claims lifecycle design, including FNOL, adjudication, reserving, and payments. Configure workflow rules, financial calculations, and document templates to meet business requirements. Integrate Origami Claims with external adjuster portals, payment systems, and analytics platforms. Manage defect triage, patch releases, and cutover support during implementations. Provide guidance on fraud detection, subrogation, and claims compliance best practices. What We're Looking For Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience implementing claims systems in the insurance domain. Strong knowledge of claims processing and financials. Proven hands-on expertise with Origami Claims configuration . Experience with XML scripting for rules and JavaScript for UI customizations. Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations. Preferred Skills: Experience with reinsurance claim workflows. Knowledge of regulatory reporting and audit compliance. Exposure to PAS/Claims platforms (e.g., Guidewire ClaimCenter, Duck Creek Claims). Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS or Azure). Why Join Us?
