Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, promoting open communication, and managing conflict resolution. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and career development. Policy Development: Keep abreast of HR trends and regulations to develop and update company policies, ensuring compliance and a fair working environment. Training and Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to career advancement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
