Lead outbound performance while coaching and booking qualified B2B appointments for a growing industrial packaging company.
What You’ll Do
Coach & Develop
• Run 3 weekly live huddles with our outbound appointment setter (cold calls + follow-up)
• Role-play objections and refine talk tracks
• Improve openers, voicemail strategy, and close for the meeting
• Hold standards for call control, tone, and professionalism
Call QA & Feedback
• Review recorded calls weekly
• Provide direct, actionable feedback
• Identify patterns impacting connect and conversion rates
• Deliver a brief written summary of insights and adjustments
Actively Prospect
• Make outbound cold calls yourself
• Book qualified appointments
• Demonstrate best-practice execution in real time
Strategy & Reporting
• Meet weekly with owner (Aaron) to review metrics
• Recommend adjustments to scripts, targeting, and cadence
• Track key KPIs (connect rate, appointment rate, show rate)

• Improved connect → conversation rate
• Higher qualified appointments booked weekly
• Increased show rate
• Clear, measurable improvement in rep performance
• Consistent activity + clean tracking
Ideal Experience
• Proven B2B cold calling experience
• Experience coaching or mentoring SDRs/appointment setters
• Strong objection handling + confident close
• Comfortable giving direct performance feedback
• Experience with call recordings / VoIP systems (RingCentral a plus)
• Bonus: experience building scripts or performance scorecards
Time Commitment
8 hours per week:
• 3 hrs live coaching / huddles
• 2 hrs call review + written feedback
• 2 hrs outbound calling
• 1 hr weekly strategy session
Flexible scheduling within agreed windows.
Compensation
$30/hour
1099 Contractor
Performance-based bonus opportunities may be available

Calls run through RingCentral (computer-based).
Access to recordings and scripts provided.
